And we're hiring. With recent wins across a global portfolio of accounts we need to turbo-charge our creative team. You’ll be adding right-hand & right-brain support to James our Creative Director, helping him lead and guide our creative output to the standard we and our partners love.

If you can navigate a team through creative projects, from strategic springboard onto ideation, execution and presentation, then this is the role for you.  When it's all hands to the pumps you’ll also need to design to a very high standard, inspiring your team with ideas and visual wizardry in our super fast paced studio.

The ideal candidate will ...

  • Proudly present us with a portfolio that brings a smile and makes our hearts beat faster.

  • Share a CV with minimum 8 years design agency experience with a backbone in FMCG brands.

  • Demonstrate they can work from brief to client presentation with a clear thought process & strategy.

  • Lead a creative team & provide positive motivation and guidance to less experienced designers.

  • Be self motivated & work well under pressure (no flappers or shouters).

  • Be happy to present their work directly to clients across the world, and be able to think and ideate on their feet in front of senior clients teams.

  • Have a thick skin and bulletproof Mac skills.

  • Be a friendly face and love a little well placed banter.
